Getting Started

Click the “Book Your First Training Session” button on the homepage. You’ll choose a time, complete a short intake form, and you’re set.

No. You just need to be willing to start. We create a clear plan that meets you where you are and progresses at a pace that keeps you safe.

We begin with a discussion of your goals and training history. From there, we go through a focused workout where you will learn how to perform GREAT Reps - the foundation of your program. This sessions allows me to evaluate your current fitness level and gives you a clear sense of what your future training program would look and feel like.

No. I’m fully able to train adults of any age.
My focus on ages 40+ comes from the unique needs that start to appear in this stage of life. Around 40, strength, mobility, and athletic ability naturally begin to decline, and training needs to be more intentional to stay healthy, strong, and injury-free.

Most people see excellent results with as little as 2–3 strength-training sessions per week. The hybrid model lets you choose how many of those sessions are remote-guided and how many are coached in person. Together, we’ll build a plan based on your goals, budget, and schedule.
Hybrid Memberships

Weekly in-person sessions, a structured remote program delivered through an app, and clear measurable progress.

Hybrid Standard includes regular schedule access, a 24-hour cancellation policy, and a more structured, less customized remote program.
Hybrid Elite offers priority scheduling, a 1-hour cancellation window with rollover sessions, and monthly personalized program adjustments.

4 session members book one recurring appointment time per week, 8 session members are book two. You’ll hold those recurring slots each week, and any changes or rescheduling follow the cancellation / rescheduling policies of your specific tier.
Remote Memberships

You get a structured monthly training plan delivered through TrainHeroic - complete with exercise videos, instruction, and results tracking. Everything is designed so you always know exactly what to do when you walk into the gym.

Remote Standard program includes progression though our standard strength program. Each month your workout will build off the last. These workouts are stock and you may need to swap exercises due to access.
Remote Elite program is fully customized to you, your goals, and your equipment access. Each month your program is updated based on your progress and feedback.

Yes. The program is structured, simple. and video guided. You’ll know exactly what to do every session, even if you are brand new to strength training.

Yes! The app allows you to swap exercises for the appropriate alternative if your gym doesn't have a particular piece of equipment or access limited due to overcrowding at the gym.
PricinG & Scheduling

No. Your membership covers coaching only. You’ll need your own gym membership for training on non-coaching days.

Hybrid Standard: Sessions cancelations require 24-hour notice. Sessions canceled inside 24 hours but at least 1 hour before your appointment may be rebooked within the next 36 hours per availability without penalty. Sessions not rebooked inside the 36 hour window will result in loss of session. Sessions canceled inside 1 hour prior to appointment will result in loss of session.
Hybrid Elite: 1-hour notice to prior to appointment. Sessions canceled inside 1 hour prior to appointment will result in loss of session.
All memberships require 7 days notice prior to next billing cycle for cancellation.

Yes.
Hybrid Standard: You may take one 15–30 day pause every 12 months without losing your recurring time slot.
Hybrid Elite: You may take up to two pauses per year, each lasting 15–30 days.

Logistics

Street parking is available and typically easy to find right on Ashland. Most spots are metered, so plan accordingly.

There are lockers, as of now you need to bring your own lock. There is one restroom with a shower, but we encourage you not to tie up the only restroom by showering.
