I’m Coach Dan Geraci, and I help driven adults build lasting strength, structure, and confidence in the gym — without crowds, chaos, or guesswork.
My career started at the University of Michigan, where I learned the evidence-based strength principles used to train elite athletes. From there, I went on to found Hardpressed Strength Training in Chicago — a gym built around discipline, coaching quality, and measurable progress.
For nearly two decades, I’ve coached former athletes, busy professionals, and everyday people who want to train with intention and get stronger without wasting time. Strength training shouldn’t need gimmicks — just a clear plan, proper execution, and consistent effort.
Today, I coach people who want to feel athletic again, train with purpose, and build strength that carries into every part of life.
